Made-to-order and pre-order pieces
Some pieces are made to order or sold on pre-order and have a longer lead time. We will contact you by email with the estimated delivery date.
Orders with several pieces
Our pieces come from different workshops, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels. Shipping is only charged once per order.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at hello@thecaneva.com as soon as possible.
