All our pieces are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery.
What is covered
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects. If a piece has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Damage caused by chewing, scratching or improper use.
- Damage caused by not following the care instructions on each product page.
- The natural characteristics of materials such as marble, wood and leather: variations in colour, veining, grain and patina are part of each piece.
How to make a claim
Write to us at hello@thecaneva.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos of the piece. We will reply with the next steps.
