Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order, under your statutory right of withdrawal.

How to return

• Write to us at hello@thecaneva.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the pieces you would like to return.
• We will send you a prepaid return label and the instructions to send your parcel.
• Pack the pieces in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which you received them.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount of the returned pieces to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.
